Oh, Lake Compounce has an awesome classic carousel.  It sits down by the park's old ballroom and is just gorgeous to look at as Lake Compounce has taken such good care of it.



It's nice seeing a classic carousel but I like it even more that the park takes such pride in it by letting everyone know of it's history.



Lake Compounce for as small as it is really packs a punch with a water park, 2 wooden coasters, 2 steel coasters and a whole bunch of flat rides like this Enterprise and much more.



Thunder 'N Lightening is Lake Compounce's Screamin Swing from S&S Powersports.  We ended up getting a ride on this later and had a blast on it.  This ride is so much fun I wouldn't complain one iota if they appeared at each and every park out there.  In fact I'd hop on each one.
