With the park kind of landlocked to the east many of Lagoon's coasters
either border the
parks parking lot or like the Roller Coaster
head out into it.
Here is the view as the Roller Coaster makes it through the first
turnaround and starts heading back to the park. Remember when I
said that the mountains really make even the largest ride at Lagoon look
small? I think you get a really good view of that here.
The high turnarounds on Roller Coaster and others is a nice break where
the rider can get the chance to catch their breath...
...before getting ejected out of their seat and thrown up and down as
the Roller Coaster goes quickly over hill after hill.
As you can see the Roller Coaster gives you a great tour of the parking
lot. It makes it nice for photographers like myself who can get
all around the ride and even in the middle of the structure (there is a
walkway there) to take photos of it.
