With shade everywhere and laughs of children as they spin, speed
and drop it is impossible to not feel ten years old while winding your
way through Kiddieland.
Something that really adds to the whimsy of Lagoon's Kiddieland is all
of the signs for the rides are as fun and dressed up as this sign for
the Dragonfly.
The Dragonfly is the one ride that I wish we had gotten a ride on
because it is just so weird. The Dragonfly is basically an
inverted Scrambler. Actually it is built by Eli Bridge who builds
Scramblers and it looks like so much fun.
Giving a big "plus" to kids rides like these just makes the day full of
memories that much more lasting to everyone who spends a day at a park
like Lagoon.
Odysea is a really fun ride by Zierer that was added to Lagoon in 2008.
The rider controls the up and down direction of the car and depending on
where you guide the fish you can either stay dry or get soaked. I
have seen a few of these rides before and they are a lot of fun.
