One final shot of Impulse before we go is this view of the really good heart line roll right before the final helix. 

Impulse turned out to be a great ride and it is the sort of ride that would bring a little spice into small, medium and even a few larger parks.  Hopefully we see more of these from Zierer.



As we were right next to the Sky Ride we decided to take a load off of our feet for a quarter hour and go for a ride up the mountain.



The Sky Ride is always a good time but I have to admit that I wish Knoebels would add a little something to it.



That little something would be an alpine slide down the mountain.  Riders could go up with their carts and if you didn't want to take the slide down the mountain then you could just stay on the Sky Ride.  With a huge mountain side like this it would be an amazing spot for an alpine slide or even a zip line. 



As with every meeting between Corey and any child (although Bond is moving out of that age bracket) he has to be "pwned".  After a decade of martial arts I have to say that I need to have a talk with Bond about his fighting stance as looking at this picture it is quite vulnerable; even to Corey, and could lead to a few defeats.
