Speaking of rare rides.  Knoebels has a rare "Auto Scooter" old school steel bumper cars that is aptly named the Scooters.



Not only do these classic bumper cars look totally styling but with all the mass they have and power under their hoods you can do some serious damage with them.  This is not your average bumper car.  These are brutal machines that will beat you up.  That is what makes them so good. 

There may be bigger and newer bumper cars out there but the Scooters at Knoebels with their looks, speed and brutality are the best bumper cars in existence.  This was Bond's first chance to give these a try and we spent several rides just beating each other up.



In my opinion as a parent every park needs a Hand Car ride for little kids.  Kids have limitless energy that needs to be burned off and these are a great way to do so.



The last time we visited Knoebels Bond was four years old and he spent a good part of a day speeding around the hand cart track.  Sadly with age we all have to leave little things of our childhood behind and he had to leave the Hand Cars behind as he is too tall for them.



One thing that Bond rode a lot when he was four was Knoebels Sky Slide and he was happy he could still ride it today.
