I am not a big fan of corkscrews but I love a nice zero g roll.

Corkscrews just are a giant helix turned on its side where the forces pretty much remain constant throughout it.

A zero g roll rises up into the inversion and as the train starts to lose momentum rolls over giving riders the sensation of weightlessness before diving out of it.

Coming out of Sky Rocket's zero g roll there is a brief mid course brake that barely slows you before sending you plummeting almost straight down.

With all of the moments that Sky Rocket sends your body rocketing skyward out of the seat one should expect the restraints to be a little tight.  Like many coasters that have hit the scene in the last decade or so that really take what you can do to a rider to the limits you are going to be "stapled" into the train but Sky Rocket's trains and restraints were very comfortable and even after well over twenty laps I wasn't bruised up like other coasters have done.
