I have a declaration to make.  The Big Dipper is the coolest drink stand ever.  This thing just screams the 1930's and I love it.

The longest line of the day was in the evening when all of us fellow American Coaster Enthusiast gathered at one of Kennywood's picnic pavilions for dinner.  The line wasn't long because the amount of people but everyone is having a good time chatting with old and new friends and no one is in a rush for anything because we are having such a good time.

On my previous trips to Kennywood they were always quick trips to the park where I was unable to spend the entire day at the park to see all the lights come on as twilight hits.

At places like Kennywood lights were added for practical reasons but they were mostly added to make the park feel magical in order to keep guests long into the summer nights.
