After surviving the ejector
seat airtime and diving down to the depths of the ravine it's back up
the other side of it.
After yet another one hundred
and eighty degree turnaround it's back down into the ravine for one
more drop before the end of the ride.
The Jack Rabbit was designed
by John Miller who was pretty much the Thomas Edison of roller coasters
whose inventions made the extreme rides of today possible.
Here's one more picture of
the Jack Rabbit's ground hugging drops.
You can't have a classic traditional
amusement park without a classic carousel and Kennywood has a pretty
decent one.
