After months of speculation and pondering over what the spray painted markers in the middle of Bahari River were for it finally came time to announce Holiday World & Splashin' Safari's 2007 Additions.



Park President Will Koch was there before the media to make the announcement.



The big addition for 2007 down in Splashin' Safari is Bakuli, which is Swahili for "bowl".



As you can see Bakuli is going to be a huge water slide where you ride in the cloverleaf tubes like those that are used on Zinga.  You will start out going through several ninety degree turns before dropping down into a huge bowl.  When you were a kid did you ever wonder what it would be like to go down the whirlpool when you drained your tub?  Well with Bakuli I think we'll all find out.
