As you can see from the top of Jungle Racer there's been a few modifications to Zinga over the winter.



No, I'm not talking about bad modifications like weakening the fantastic ride that it is but a good modification like adding a lift for the rafts.  They took a fence out, re-routed the queue and added the finger off of the splashdown pool for the lift.



The lift is not yet on site but here's some of its structure.  The big reason for adding the lift is that the rafts were actually a bit heavy and if you're one person riding it can be a heck of a workout going up those steps.  Actually my preferred method was to put it on my head to carry it like the girl in Jungle Book who carries a water bottle on her head.



In addition to Jungle Racer and Jungle Jets, there is a new restaurant down "in the jungle" but it has an old name, Jungle Jake's, now at its third location in Splashin' Safari.
