No matter what angle you viewed Mine Blower from it is just stunning.  Thankfully there was no traffic on the road around Fun Spot as in the middle of the road with my telephoto lens is where I found this fantastic view.



 Beyond drooling over Mine Blower I took a walk around Fun Spot to see what else they had in store.  As a child of the 1970's who went to carnival after carnival while spending countless hours running up a small metal stairway with a burlap sack and sliding down I have a fondness for any park with a Fun Slide.



Another fondness I have from my childhood is a love of Hampton rides like this one.



Every time I see one I have the urge to climb in, go for a ride and press the horn to hear the distinctive sound these make.  Sadly I no longer fit in these.  Please someone make a nice adult sized Hampton ride for me.



My love of swing rides comes from my mother.  Despite being in her 70's these are still her favorite rides.  We got to talking about them and I showed her a video of the Orlando Star Flyer that goes up 450 feet and she was all in for giving it a try the next time I am down here.
