New Mobile (IOS-Android-Chrome-Blackberry) Forum Software

Hey everyone;

With everyone having a smartphone in their hands as well as an internet connection where ever they are I recently added a new Forum App to the Negative-G Community. It's called Tapatalk. Tapatalk has apps for Ipad, Iphone, Ipod, Android, Chrome and Blackberry Phones so pretty much everyone is covered (including ViolaKat with her Crackberry) with whatever smartphones they have.

With this app you have full access to the forums. You can post on the go as well as post photos and even geotag your post (Could be fun when posting from a park) with where you're at on the globe. Also you can set up the software up to tweet links to your posts which would also be handy if you're doing a live trip report while at a park. About the only thing you can't do with this app is to join chat.

Now we have had the Forum Runner app set up, and it still is but it's not really being updated that much, it's not as versatile plus it won't help anyone with Blackberry or Chrome and I like having it so everyone can access this community from wherever they are using whatever they have.

So if you want to access the -G Forums from your mobile device without having to deal with a mobile browser check this out.

I just updated the Tapatalk plug for the forum. With the new update if you subscribe to a topic when it is replied to you will receive a push notification on your IOS/Blackberry/Chrome/Android phone.

So please comment here so I can see that it works.
