The Rhine River Cruise is a nice leisurely break from the thrill of rides like Verbolten, Invadr, Alpengeist, Griffon and the Loch Ness Monster.

The cruise takes you out on the river for a chance to sit down relax and if you are like me snap a few hundred more photos of Busch Gardens coasters like Verbolten from water level.

Actually I really like it when parks build transport rides like the Rhine River Cruise, Skyway or the Busch Gardens Railway into their parks because sometimes after walking a park all day it is nice to just be able to sit down and enjoy the world slowly passing by you.

Here is Luke and Beth hanging out in the Festhaus as Busch Gardens clears the park in preparation for our nighttime exclusive ride time.  The parks and the coasters for the Con were so much fun but the best thing about it is being surrounded by amazing friends for an entire week.  No matter which direction I turned there was another friend to hop on a ride with, chat or share what we love with each other.   That is why people make it a part of their lives year after year to take a week and go to the Con.  I know I am already planning out next years trip already.

Invadr is a "nice" ride in the daytime but throw in a lot of darkness and a few inches of rain to slick the tracks up and wow it is a completely different creature.
