This is another coaster that I had been really waiting a long time to ride.  The whole area is themed to look like a village up in the alps.  I thought Alpengeist's lift hill had that structure to look like a ski lift but according to Ben they went with that structure so they could avoid the pre-existing buildings in the area and squeeze Alpengeist into the area.



So far Alpengeist has my favorite drop of any inverted coaster with it's spiraling plummet.



It's kind of hard to describe Alpengeist's layout after only a handful of rides.



I guess the easiest way to describe it is a big jumble of track with plenty of loops that uses it's terrain to great effect.
