Dating back to the 1880's when it began as a picnic grove Beech Bend
Park in the rolling hills just outside of Bowling Green, Kentucky
has had many ups and downs in its history. Rides were added in
the late 1940's and lasted until the early 1980's when the park
closed. In the 1990's the Jones family began to bring the park
back with mostly portable rides. Into the 2000's Beech Bend
really came into being with more permanent rides and the addition of
the Kentucky Rumbler wooden coaster. Beech Bend has grown into
a nice mid-size family run amusement park that is a great place to
spend a day.
