The New For 2006 Voyage Rollercoaster at Holiday World, Santa Claus, Indiana

I was a little curious as to why there are extra footers on the outside of this turn.  Turns out it is going to be for a little more lateral support structure which will be needed because this is pretty much the bottom of a huge hill that The Voyage will snake down on its run back to the station.

"That's not right" was what I exclaimed when coming into view of one of The Voyage's ninety degree banked turns.

That is going to be insane flying through that plus you'll be covered up in structure from the first drop to make it that more thrilling.  Just imagine supports whizzing by all around you and the ground off to your right rather than where you're used to which is beneath you.

Here is one of the two "break rooms" that we spotted around The Voyage.  Personally that'd be a great spot for a little campsite with a fire but it'd probably get a little noisy once The Voyage opens next May.
