Daredevil Daze at Six Flags St. Louis, Eureka, Missouri

Daredevil Daze is one of the best days to visit Six Flags St. Louis.  It is in that time of year when school is back in session and right before Fright Fest which means the park is always empty.

Throw on top of the empty park an event for the American Coaster Enthusiasts with, food, first ride of the day on Batman, behind the scenes tours, and after the park has closed exclusive ride time on the legendary Screamin' Eagle.

Yes I have described Daredevil Daze as a giant family reunion but it really is.  Joining me for the day of fun was my sister-in-law Beth and a close member of my coaster family Travis.

Having not been to Six Flags St. Louis since the last Daredevil Daze I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw.  The park looked great all over and this repurposed Log Flume planter was an inexpensive addition to the park that goes a long way to set the atmosphere.

The Six Flags Landscaping Department did a wonderful job all around the park.  What really makes me smile is that they took such pride in their work that they made sure to leave a little signage taking responsibility.
